I also never liked the phrase "Kiss my grits," or its sitcom, too much. TURNEDFULLO is the only theme answer that I don't think works too well; no one says that. I thought the clue for ALDA was a bit long.Huygenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14539030936919012404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7869983234842507044.post-80422128318187357792017-04-06T20:36:53.774-04:002017-04-06T20:36:53.774-04:00I can't think of Pattie Boyd anymore without t...I can't think of Pattie Boyd anymore without thinking of this legacy:
http://mentalfloss.com/article/78851/layla-real-life-10-songs-written-about-pattie-boyd

Icarusfobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01312667388878598706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7869983234842507044.post-41567249522488756252017-04-06T20:26:40.517-04:002017-04-06T20:26:40.517-04:00's daughter.

Some serious super powers I'm sure. But instead, it was XMAN. Nice.

I enjoyed how there were three pairs of theme answers using different meanings of the symbols X and O. So a hug and a kiss, a ten and a zero, a times and a circle. Nice. I too thought of "How VIVID." LATETAG continues our baseball week.
