Our neighbor (Joanne) is recovering from an extremely bad biking accident, too, but it's unclear as of now how she'll fare after what will be, no doubt, years of rehab. Nice Thursday, though as I, too, love a rebus. But I've been avoiding the Oxford comma as of late because that's the new thing and I try to stay current. I always loved WAPNER when he was on, but I wonder how he'd stack up to Judge Judy in a side-by-side comparison. I also needed all of the crosses for both TRASK and AZOTH, but, as Horace mentions, they were fair. I loved 22A Slept with (BEDDED) and both the clue and answer on 10D (which Horace already covered). I didn't love BEECH because I thought its clue (48D Tree with burs) is a little too general and uninteresting, but I was able to fill in NITRILE (41D Latex-like glove material) because I purchase them by the cases for all of the plants that I oversee. I thought that the clue for KEYS was great (24A Command and control) and I love the word NASCENT (29A Budding).Huygenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14539030936919012404noreply@blogger.com
