I can sort of give it a bit of poetic license and say, well, OK the turn is to the right as viewed by me, if not as viewed by the answer going down. But it seems a bit inelegant.

I too thought "Refuse to pick up the bill?" was very nice.Jim Kingdonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01857308320156877253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7869983234842507044.post-45540830112757202802021-05-07T16:39:09.028-04:002021-05-07T16:39:09.028-04:00Ha ha right! I got a 17:17 today, and that with being familiar with, and expecting, a Thursday rebus. My only addition would be that sure, it's a RIGHTONRED if one looks at it from above, but if one were actually looking at an intersection say, from a traffic 'copter, the driver would be taking a left, which is hardly ever allowed on red. Just sayin'.Huygenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14539030936919012404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7869983234842507044.post-82497233581062826862021-05-07T11:08:33.423-04:002021-05-07T11:08:33.423-04:00This was my first encounter with "rebus"...This was my first encounter with "rebus" clues in my as-yet-very-short experience solving online. Quite clever throughout and really enjoyable! Managed it in a satisfactory 8:35.Philbohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08043217968097552604noreply@blogger.com
